This was my fourth wedding cake. Iced in fondant with fondant and buttercream flowers. It was a pound cake with white chocolate rasberry mousse filling. YUM!!
This was my 3rd wedding cake. I was pretty tickled with the results. This one took a looong time but I was pleased in the end.
This was my first wedding cake. I see plenty of flaws but overall I was pretty happy and the bride was thrilled. Thats all that matters!!

I made this cake for my nieces 2nd birthday party. I actually made it on that blue lid and then I remembered I wanted it on a cake board so I had to transfer it. I also pressed down the black spots with my finger dipped in cornstarch but I forgot to take a picture afterwards but you can get the picture.
This was a cake that I made for my dad for Fathers Day.
This is my first cake that I have completed with the Wilton techniques. I had my first class on Monday. Let me know what you guys think!! It is for a baby shower at work tomorrow.
