This was a quick cake my daughter and I made for my brother's birthday. He is a golf pro so the theme was pretty obvious :) The cake is marble pound cake and vanilla b/c icing as filling and to decorate. It turned out ok but it was suck a hot day that the butter in the icing started to melt on the drive to my brother's house... I really need to remember to take pictures of the cakes as soon as I'm done!!!
My 4 year old and I made this cake for my husband (her father) for Father's Day! It is a chocolate fudge cake with b/c filling and b/c icing. The octogon is covered with fondant and I drew on it with edible markers. My daughter covered the cake and 'smoothed' it out for me, she was very proud of herself!!!
