This was for my son's 2nd birthday. I used Rice Krispies for the mountains and then stacked a 3 layer 6 inch round cake in the middle of the mountains. My original plan was to cover it all in fondant, but I haven't quite mastered that technique yet, so I used regular frosting instead.
