Vince's 7Th Birthday

For a young baseball player and a fan of the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago Cubs. The medallions on the cake were made with color flow. The cupcakes were decorated with BC. One day, I will master color flow!!

Dyan's Graduation Cake

This was for a fellow cake decorator, so I wanted to do some things I had never tried before. The bottom tier is chocolate chunk cake with raspberry BC. Middle tier is butter yellow cake with vanilla BC, and the top tier is orange cake with vanilla BC. All tiers have MMF details. My first time working with fondant, so there are definately some imperfections! I also added royal icing lillies for the top and a couple on the tiers, but forget to takes pics of the final product. Thanks for looking!

1St Birthday Monkey Cake

I used the Wilton bear 3D pan, shaved the ears off and moved them down to make a monkey face. Also shaved off a little of the muzzle area to make it look more like a monkey, and also added a tail. Banana flavored cake (because when I think of monkey, I think of bananas!). Little Peyton loved it and destroyed my hard work, but it was well worth it.
