Icarly Tie-Dye Cake
My niece wanted an iCarly cake with peaces signs and hearts. And she wanted it funky. This is what I came up with. Cake is strawberry and white, filled with milk chocolate ganache and white chocolate strawberry ganache and covered in Indydebi's Crisco-Based Buttercream Icing and MMF. The laptop is RKT covered in MMF. The peace signs could have turned out better. Blah. I'm a rookie, so comments and advice are always welcome. Thanks for looking!

Firetruck And Blazing House
Bottom is buttercake filled with Mock Bettercreme and covered in buttercream. The truck and house are white cake filled and frosted with Mock Bettercreme and covered in MMF. This was only the second time I've tried a vehicle. I think I imroved fromt he first one but I still have a long ways to go! Thanks for looking! I'm a rookie, so comments and advice are always welcome!

Pink Roses And Turnip Leaves!
My first attempt at basketweave. It's flawed but hey.. I have to learn one way! This is the cake I made for my parents' anniversary. It's plain pound cake and lemon pound cake with blueberry filling and covered in cream cheese frosting. The roses, leaves, and turnip leaves are modeling chocolate. I have a lot to learn, so advice and comments are always welcome! Thanks for looking! By the way, I know turnip leaves probably seem odd, but it's a long story. My mom even had turnip leaves in her wedding bouquet!

Professor Dumbledore Desk
My best friend and I are huge Harry Potter fans, so I made her this for her birthday. The idea is that it is a book on top of Professor Dumbledore's desk. On one side of the book is her favorite quote from the series and on the other is the Gryffndor crest. I regret not going back and redoing the writing. It was really sloppy. She loved it nonetheless! The cake is strawberry daiquiri with buttercream icing covered in modeling chocolate. I am still a beginner, so comments and advice are always welcome! Thanks for looking!

Sneaky Mice
Pay no mind to the actual cake. The icing was really fluffy, so I couldn't get it smooth to save my life. But it was for my son, and I knew he wouldn't mind! My idea for this cake was that the cat was looking for the mice, but they dressed in their Halloween costumes and the cat didn't recognize them! Sneaky ol' mice! Everyone loved the mummy mouse. He was my favorite, too! Thanks for looking! Comments and advice are always welcome!

It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!
It's not perfect, but I'm still proud considering I'm still learning! The large pumpkin on top is RKT covered in fondant. Same with Snoopy's head and body. The arms and legs are fondant. The small pumpkins and stars are also fondant. Woodstock is made out of gumpaste. Thank you, giggysmack, for giving me permission to borrow your design! I just wish mine could've been as good as yours!

First Fondant Roses
This is only my second fondant cake. So, it's still rough. I was disappointed in the writing. Since it was for my aunt, I didn't redo it. I know she won't pay any attention to it. I was so focused on getting the flowers decent, I slipped everywhere else, it seems. But as said, it's for family, and everyone knows that I'm learning! Advice, tips, and comments are always welcome! Thank you for looking! By the way, I covered it with white chocolate strawberry ganache and it is beyond delicious. It tastes like a strawberry milkshake!

Papaw's Pumpkin Patch
I made this for my dad, who loves fall because he gets to decorate with pumpkins. My son loved the tractor on top and is anxiously waiting until he can play with it. The cake is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The pumpkins are marshmallow fondant which I flavored with orange Kool-Aid. I'm a rookie at this, so comments and advice are always welcome! Thanks for looking!

Helmets And Footballs
I'm a cookie rookie (cute, huh?) but I thought these turned out half way decent. I used the NFSC recipe and used MMF for the icing. Comments and advice are always welcome! Like I said, I'm a rookie and I have learned so much from the wonderful people here! And I'm always glad to learn more! :)

My First Fondant Cake
Ok, friends, I am ashamed to put this cake on here. But I want advice, tips, words of wisdom. But please be nice. I'm a rookie cake decorator. This is probably only the 8th or 9th cake I have made. (excluding basic frosted cakes) I made this for my brother's wedding shower/late reception. My family gushed over it, which made me feel proud. But I know I need more practice.
