Spiderman Cake
A Spiderman cake I made for my younger son's fourth birthday. I got inspiration from so many wonderful cakes here on CC, especially Cakester_ who made an absolutely wonderful Spiderman cake :) The bottom tier is a 2 layer 12" cake and the top layer is a 3 layer 6" cake (the top tier needed to be higher so it could support Spiderman). The Spiderman is a plaque made with candy melts and using a Wilton Spiderman pan I had at hand. The buildings, which can't really be seen properly on the picture but surrounded the top layer, are made of gum paste. The cake is covered in fondant. The cars are Spiderman and Venom cars that were a gift for the birthday boy :) TFL :)

Hello Kitty Ballerina Cake
A Hello Kitty cake made for my friend's daughter's fifth birthday. She loves ballet and Hello Kitty. It is chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. The cake is covered in fondant and all decorations are fondant apart from Hello Kitty, which is a Royal Icing Transfer. I used Cakehelp?s wonderful tutorial for the RIT and based my cake on her Hello Kitty cakes. I love her cakes and I hope mine does her idea justice :) TFL :)

Guitar Cake
A guitar cake I made for my sister-in-law's younger brother. He really loves guitars and wanted the cake to look similar to his own guitar. This was my first and only guitar cake and I didn?t really realize how much work they were... It is also a lot of cake. I made a template based on his actual guitar and then tried to make the cake similar in size because he was expecting a lot of guests. Thanks for looking :)

A Christmas Cake With A Snowman And A Christmas Tree
A cake I made for a christmas "concert" my eight-year old decided to hold for family members here at home. He had been practicing christmas songs on his piano and even made a programme for the guests :) I thought this was a lovely idea for a christmas themed gathering and when he asked for a cake to give to the guests I had to oblige ;-) It is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and it is covered in mmf. The snowman and christmas tree are made of mmf to which I added some tylose powder. Thanks for looking :)

A Pink Dora The Explorer Cake
A Dora cake I made for my friend's daughter on her 4th birthday. She loves Dora, princesses and pink so I tried to combine all that into the cake. I got the idea from Martinique's pink Dora cake, so thank you :) It's a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream covered in mmf. All decorations are made of mmf. Thanks for looking :)

Blue And White Birthday Cake
A birthday cake I made for my cousin's daughter on her 12th birthday. I brushed the cake with luster dust and put her name on it along with some flowers. She has the same birthday as my husband so I didn?t havet time for an elaborate design but she really liked it. Thanks for looking :)

Pooh And Friends Birthday Cake
This was the first cake with fondant I did and the first tiered cake. I made it for my younger son's first birthday. I based the cake on brea1026's brilliant cake. I absolutely adored her cake!! Mine didn't turn out nearly as nice as her cake, but I was still pretty pleased with it :) The top tier is a chocolate cake with italian meringue buttercream and crushed Oreos. The bottom tier is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. All the decorations and Pooh and friends are made of mmf. Thanks for looking :)

A birthday cake I made for my youngest sister's 19th birthday. It?s a devil's food cake with chocolate buttercream and ganache. The cake is covered in white fondant and then dusted with luster dust. The bow on top is made out of gelatin. It was my first time making anything out of gelatin and I loved it :) Thanks for looking.

Tigger Cake
My second Tigger cake. This one turned out better than my first one. I made this for my younger son's second birthday. He loves Tigger :) The upper part of Tigger's face is chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and the lower part is devil's food cake with italian meringue buttercream with crushed up Oreos. I used 10,5" round pans for the upper part of Tigger's face and 7,5" for the lower part. Thanks for looking.

Football Field With An Alien Football ;-)
I made this for my older son's 7th birthday party according to his wishes. He wanted a football field with players and an alien-like football extruding from the ground (therefore the ground Oreo's around the football because the football is supposed to be tearing the ground on its way up ...). He was also very happy that one of the football figures was lying on the ground because he believed it made it look like he had fallen because he was so afraid of the ball. I love making cakes for him - he always has very specific requests and is a very thankful recipient :D TFL.

Hello Kitty
A two-tiered fondant covered chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and fondant decorations. This was made for a friend's daughter who was turning three. She loved it. I was a bit unhappy because the marshmallow fondant turned out a bit dry and didn´t look smooth enough for my taste. Thanks for looking.
