This was made from gumpaste and I used some food coloring and luster dust to paint it. I got the idea for this from a cross stitch book I have. I like how it turned out.
This was the class final. I did the roses and leaves from fondant mixed with gum tex. The border is buttercream icing and the rest of the cake is covered with fondant.
This is one of my first cakes. I made it for my sister's birthday. She loves turtles, so I attempted fondant/gumpaste to make one. The flowers are royal frosting, the rest is buttercream.
This was my first attempt at making a 3D figure. My sister loves turtles and it is for her birthday cake.
