second time using fondant. MMF- got very dry and hard to work with. haven't figured out how to hide the imperfections yet, but it looks pretty good i think!
This cake was strictly organic and vegan. It was an interesting cake to make. The peanut butter filling tasted odd, but mixed with the dark chocolate cake it was divine!

This is my first fondant cake. I used MMF. The bottom cake is strawberry with fresh strawberry buttercream, and the top cake is lemon poppyseed with buttercream.
