This two story estate took me 3 weeks to make. The gingerbread is covered in white fondant and scored to give a siding look. The roof is gum. I gave it a light sprinkle of water then sprinkled edible glitter to give a frosty effect. Inside is a living room, Kitchen and game room. The outside has trees, pinecones, rabbit, deer and cardinals.
This is a chocolate cake with oreo buttercream filling. Royal icing roses.
My daughters boss ordered this for his wife who plays the piano and she wouldn't let anyone cut it....hahaha
My first attempt at sculpting a car cake. My grandson loved it !!!
The lighthouse is made from rice crispie treats. The seashells are gumpaste and coral is royal icing sprinkled with colored sugar.
This Cornucopia,fruit and veggies are made out of 100% gingerbread. The leaves are fondant and flowers are royal icing. A lot of work and nailbiting but still I had fun in creating it.
This was a fun cake to make. Polar bears, Penguins, Seals, Igloo and Iceburgs were all made out of fondant.
