Classy Lingerie Cake
My first attempt at this type of cake and brush embroidery. Turned out very prettier than expected--customer wanted black on the cake :) Cake made using 11x15, cut in half and stacked to give an appx size of 11x7. Boobs were made using wilton mini-ball pan. Covered in half fondant half candy clay mixture.

Tall Cupcakes
did the same method on the cupcake pans as is described on the tutorial for the cake pans--wrapped wax paper around the edges and overfilled the cupcake liners. Turned out pretty cute--made a great birthday gift! ((and a lot easier than the "tall cupcake" method using two cupcakes covered in fondant))

My Very First Fbct!
I made this with some leftover 6" cakes--I wanted to try the FBCT method and decided to do the Young Farmer logo--Amazing! I loved it, super easy. Of course, this one was a little rushed and i didn't really know how to do it--BUT I am satisfied with it and everyone at our picnic LOVED it! :)

Anniversary Cake
Anniversary cake for some friends--they didn't have a wedding the first go round, but decided to do one and renew their vows for their 10 year! This is the one their 2 daughters picked out! I have a mid-bulge and so does the cake! :) I tried the flower nail while baking this one for the first time--Ah-mazing! :) Oh, I had to create a box to hold it until I take it to her! LOL A little redneck, but thats how I roll! LOL

My First Wedding Cake!!
Finally finished my best friend's wedding cake! Buttercream basketweave with peanut butter buttercream filling. Delicious! I am sooooo glad it is over! I don't think it would have been so bad if I wasn't in the wedding! I will say, this is the LAST one I will ever do for FREE!!!! :) Waaaaay too much work! LOL

Ball And Chain
Oh, the groom's cake! Milk Chocolate cake with Dark Chocolate Buttercream~~YUM!!! The ball is covered in chocolate MMF and the chains and twisted ropes are MMF. The Story: My best friend is getting married Saturday, I am in the wedding...AAHHH! So, for her gift she wanted little ol me (sooo not a caker!) to make her wedding and the groom's cake! I am halfway through--well, almost. This one is finished, now to the gigantic wedding cake!! I hope it makes it the 30 mile trip to the reception hall!!!

Oh, Preacher! :)
Yes, another story... So, the preacher came by Saturday and caught me making the train cake... Ooops! On Sunday, as I was leaving-he said, "Are you gonna make a cake for tonight?"...our graduation celebration. LOL, guess I would be. I thought this was pretty good for an amateur and 3 hours! The preacher ate the chocolate MMF grad cap. :) He said the cake was great--it tasted so fresh! Gee, i wonder why! LOL

My first MMF experience... Chocolate cake with peanut butter-buttercream filling and iced with the same...covered with chocolate MMF and MMF trains... I think it is cute:) Is it easier to smooth it when the butter cream is "harder"? The peanut butter was a little thin...and seems like the fondant is like a waterbed:) Oh well...looks like a fun cake to eat after supper!

The Chicken Cake:)
My girl, who is two...requested a chicken cake!?!?!? (we do farm poultry..so it kind of made sense) We live in a 150 year old house with no air conditioning... LOL! I was kind of proud... It certainly made an impression on My daughter--a year later and she still talks about the chicken! :) I've learned a few things since this cake! (Like how to make icing!--who knew can icing isn't good for decorating!! LOL)
