Wedding Shower Cake

A simple cake designed off of the invitations. This was my first time making flowers without DH showing me how!! I think I did pretty darn good :-)

Hello Kitty Birthday Cake

This cake was one of the easiest ones so far!! All cake covered in fondant. Side story: I sent a picture of it to my friend before delivery. She says, "Oh no, where's the mouth?" Me-"There is no mouth." Her-"Yes there is!!" So I sent her a picture of HK from google. Still to this day when I see HK I ask my friend, "hey, where's her mouth?" LOL

Rocket Baby Shower Cake

Rocket cake, based off the party plate, with matching cupcakes. The rocket is carved from cake, with fondant covering and gumpaste accents. I'm not good at cupcakes, so don't look too close at them. LOL

Minnie Birthday Cake

This was done for my niece. Fondant covered with gumpaste accents, including the ears and bow. We had a small smash cake for her, but the ears fell on the way there :-(

Disney Princess Cake

This was our first time doing a scultped human character. The dress is made out of cake, and her body is made from rice cereal.

Zebra Bday Cake

The zebra print is from the new Wilton Papers. Thought we'd try it out. Like it, but miss the magic of doing it my hand. Fondant covered with gumpaste bow.

Saints Corset Bday Cake

Another cake for one of my brothers. He finally turned 18!! How they grow up so fast!! Fondant and gumpaste covered cake. Jewels were made from isomalt.

29Th Poker Bday

This was a cake we did for my brother. He's an excellent poker player! Fondant covered with gumpaste accents.

Our First Wedding Cake

This was our first wedding cake. My friend planned a wedding in a week, so we got this cake done in two days. My hands hurt so bad from making all the daisies, but she loved it and that made it all worth it.

Keisho

This is the cake DH and I did for the cake show this past weekend. The kimono and koi were sculpted out of rice treats. The rest is done in fondant and gumpaste. It stood about 3.5ft tall. Hope you enjoy.

Funky Girl

We did this cake for my best friend's niece. The toppers kept moving around, but fixed them when we actually put it on the counter. It was a chocolate cake filled with peanut butter fluff, and boy did she love all that sweetness (mom thanked me for all the sugar). LOL

Hibiscus Star

This is a cake DH and I did in two days. Our friend asked us to do a cake for his wife, at the last minute. DH's first time making this type of flower. TFL!!

Retro Butterfly

This groovy cupcake cake was done for one of my best friends!! She's totally into the 70's, so I found a vintage butterfly pillow that was my inspiration for the design (DH did all the piping). The inside of the cupcakes were tie-dye, in honor of Grateful Dead, my best friend's fave band.

Yellow Roses Cake

This was a cake we did for my mom. Very simple, but it was the first time DH ever made gum paste roses.

Jungle First

This is a cake we (DH and I) did for a first bday. It was based off of the bedding they used in their nursery. Animals/trees are gumpaste, chocolate cake with strawberry filling. TFL

My friend and I made this cupcake cake for a friend in our class. It was my first one, and I had tons of fun!

Nemo Birthday

This was my hubby's first cake. I thought he was gonna cut the shape of nemo out of a sheet cake...I should've known better. LOL

Girl's Birthday cake based on Littlest Pet Shop
