My first Cherry Blossom cake. Yellow cake w/ raspberry puree filling. Stabilized whipped cream frosting. Fondant blossoms and branch. Red Velvet cake, BC frosting. This was for a young couple who decided at the last minute that they would get married before he deployed to Iraq. Orange was going to be one of the colors in her wedding.
