First topsy turvy cake. White fondant is Marshmallow and colored is Satin Ice. My husband is in Afghanistan right now so this cake is dedicated to him and his Marines! :)
This is for my boyfriend's birthday. He is a surfer and flies jets in the Marine's. 8 and 6 yellow cakes filled with white chocolate ganache. Everything is MMF except for the BC clouds. I have a horrible time writing on the sides of cakes. :(
This is the first cake that I've made that I'm proud of! Chocolate cake with buttercream filling, covered in marshmallow fondant, decorated with buttercream and a mmf tortoise! I've never used fondant before so I think it turned out ok. :) No Idea what section to put this under, haha.
