The floor was very sloped so the table was not level. We had to go back and put supports under 2 sides of the cake pedestal to get the cake leveled. It was looking a little uneven.

This was my first Topsy Turvy Cake. It almost ended up a complete disaster because someone froze my cake and the fondant began to peel off the sides of my cake. Baby Bootie, Pacifer, baby blocks, and baby carriage all edible made with 50/50. The bottom tier is chocolate with strawberry filling and chocolate buttercream. The top layer is vanilla with strawberry filling and strawberry buttercream. I ran out of time so I could not get the cake as smooth as I wanted, but the client loved it anyway. I'm really not pleased with it, but decided to post anyway.
