Eggplant Calla Cilly Cake
First all buttercream wedding cake... first time I ever made gumpaste flowers as well. Was so excited with how it turned out. Real ribbon. Bride wanted splashes of color~hence the blue dragees and blue shoots with the callas. 5 different flavors total~shown here: Chocolate with Peanut Butter Buttercream, Vanilla confetti with Vanilla buttercream....

Tiffany And Co. Box Within A Box Birthday Cake!
This was my first Tiffany box cake, and hopefully not my last! The mom had me put the ring box for her daughter down inside the cake, which I carefully hollowed out a shaft and then iced it and put a thin layer of MMF inside to give it a protective cubby. It was so fun to do and was a hit! I can give instructions to anyone who would possibly need to know how to put a ring box inside a cake~it was simple and turned out wonderfully!

Lifesize Firefighter Helmet
Saw this type of cake on a blog online and couldn't wait for the chance to do it! I bought really expensive black fondant and used my own MMF for the black details and gumpaste for the rest of them... but was REALLY excited with how this turned out! It was for a 21-year-old and he loved it so much he didn't want to cut it ;) I can give out instructions if anyone would be interested... it wasn't as hard as you'd think!

Baby Boy Shower Cupcakes
Marshmallow fondant toppers, buttercream icing, vanilla and chocolate cake and some cute ribbon! The wagons were a little tricky so I used gumpaste for those.... other than that~pretty what you see is what you get! So fun to do. Got the original idea for the duckies and bottles on cakecentral! The wagons were the idea of the woman who threw the shower!

Catfish Groom's Cake
Red Velvet cake inside. All marshmallow fondant covered, as well as the seaweed and rocks... the fins were gumpaste. Catfish aren't the most appealing fish, but I was kind of attached to this little guy by the end! haha. He was carved out of 3, 8" square cakes and sat on a half sheet cake.

Clover Green/pearl Themed Cake
The Bride had Pearl decor everywhere and this funky table cloth and wanted to play on the circles... We rolled hundreds of fondant "pearls" and covered them in pink, green and ivory luster dust to give them color. Fake flowers on top. Fondant monogram. First wedding cake. SOOOOOO hard to do!!! Help! Anyone have any feedback? The middle tier puckered so much and fell over twice on the way to the reception hall... but the MMF was being weird. Should I not use MMF for a wedding cake? Thanks everyone!

Surfer Dude Cake~
Delicious Buttercream with Graham Cracker/Brown sugar mixture... surfboard and flowers were made out of marshmallow fondant... unfortunately a couple of the little boys (including the birthday boy) got a hold of the cake before I snapped a photo~hence the little fingerprints by the lettering. Oh well! The people loved it! It was a half sheet cake.

Ariel Under The Sea Cake
Fondant with Fondant Decorations~Marshmallow, of course!~ I use the wilton doll pick and switched the heads... I accidentally made her "shells" a little too big... woops! I used a straw with half cut off so it was a half-circle to do the "gills" on the fin of Ariel. Hope this helps!
