Cheesecake (refrigerator not baked) with chocolate ganache covering and candy clay roses. I thought I had run out of chocolate ganache so I went ahead and put the roses on without covering the sides of the cake and used canned chocolate frosting to attach the flowers and moldeed leaves. Then I found some more ganache I hadset aside, and covered the sides. But I didn't get a picture of the finished version. It looked alot better.
Deep chocolate cake filled with chocolate BC iced with vanilla BC. wonder mold pan on top of 8" round (if you use a real doll in the WM it's not tall enough, you have to add a layer on the bottom!
My very first bow! needs some work. red velvet cake with cream cheese icing sprinkled with sparkling sugar. I don't like working with cream cheese icing, it was sooo sticky!
