This Vintage Circus wedding cake has four tiers, fondant finished in soft white, aqua, deep raspberry, black, and silver. Cake sizes are 12", 9". 6", 4" with a RKT and fondant Ringmaster's Hat topper. Plaques around the 9" tier featured cut out silhouettes of circus acts. The theme continued inside to the cake with four layers alternating Red Velvet and Vanilla Bean Buttermilk cakes filled with vanilla bean buttercream.
One of our favorite parts of going to Disneyland is to get autographs from our favorite characters--so why not bring that bit of magic home? For my son's 6th birthday, this three-tier cake features a bottom tier that his friends and party guests autographed with edible ink markers. The cake is a tender banana cake with caramel buttercream filling, finished with fondant and sprinkles and gumpaste balloons. (and because this was a personal cake i.e. 'not sold', there were no pesky Disney © issues.)

This is an 8" centerpiece cake finished in buttercream with a fondant tractor and wire detail. The Birthday Boy's name was on the tractor and the mom wanted an old-fashioned "1" candle on top. Two dozen cupcakes in black and white gingham papers with horseshoe and bandana toppers finished the display.
14"/10"/8"/6" gourmet pound cakes finished with American buttercream. I used the SPS system with the 5" columns and 2 extensions. 15 dozen fresh roses filled the spaces between the tiers. Hand cut monogram to match the invitation monogram.
A Maggie Austin Cake design with bas-relief roses and scroll work framing the square tiers. Lavender (Sterling) gum paste roses punctuated the center tier. Lavender and pearl luster was painted on the relief work for depth and luminescence. Cake is 12"/8"6".

9" round featuring a gum paste groom defending his bride from a dragon. Dragon had wire armature and was made from rice krispie treats and fondant. Wings are printed rice paper.
5" over 7" fondant birch wood style fondant cake for top of cupcake tower stand. Gum paste nest for bride's own owl toppers.
4"/7"/11" fondant cake with lace appliqué and open blooms with sparkle centers.
In addition to the main wedding cake, I provided six cakes for a dessert cake buffet.

RKT and fondant baseball glove topper. It was designed from photos of the birthday guy's childhood glove (he was a first base lefty). It also has his faded phone number, just like on his real glove that he still takes to Mets games.
Double barrel 10" round with 6" topper. Fondant covered with hand crafted lace made of fondant and royal icing that was painted with silver luster. [bride provided photo that i used for inspiration (varying design as much as she'd allow), but it had no credit.]
Fondant cowboy theme birthday cake. Gumpaste buckle and star topper. Sizes 4",7",9". (customer did provide a photo which had no watermark. I'm happy to give credit where it is due)
