I did this cake for my Battalion. We've just come home from a year long deployment in Afghanistan, and we go on our 30 day leave tomorrow. So this is the cake for today's celebration. If you look through my photos, you'll see a similar cake I did right before we left.

Army Celebration Cake

This is a 2 layer "sheet" cake. Its 18x26x4. Bottom layer is Chocolate, top layer is french vanilla. BC icing and filling. The images are of course, EI. Sorry the picture looks kinda red/pinkish. I'm going to get a better picture of it, and I'll post it.

3Yr Olds Bday Cake

A standard white cake, dyed pink. Torted and filled with vanilla buttercreme. Iced and decorated with vanilla buttercreme.

First Brithday

Cake is "FunFetti" (customers choice) BC and MMF. This one probably got the best reaction from a customer to date. Both parents were way beyond pleased with it. I dont like using plastic decorations, but thats what she wanted.

Mardi Gras Cake

This cake I did for a themed thanksgiving celebration at work. Mostly edible minus the two pedestals, beads and ribbons. I would have done edible everything but the cake was just decoration, and not to be eaten.

Batman Boob Cake

Time got away from me. I got this cake done in 2.5hrs total. No cake made, no MMF made, no BC...nothing. So its no where close to perfect, but its more than good enough for what they wanted. Everyone was very happy with it. Cake is lemon, with chocolate BC.The rest if MMF and the nipples are chocolate

Just A Test Cake

The point behind this cake was to test some things that look good on paper, and in my mind. Wanted to see how I could make them turn out. Some of it was a bit of a rush job (top tier fondant!!). This is also my first filled cake...so we will see how that goes tomorrow.

This cake is a double 8 and a double 6. Both torted into 4 layers total of chocolate and yellow cake. Covered in MMF, and BC. Did this cake, on request for a baby shower.

Baby Shower Cake

This is a baby shower cake I did for a friend. I'm no where close to happy with the way it came out. It looks crappy, I cracked the fondant...the humidity started making the chocolates on the side fall of, revealing trouble spots. What ever could go wrong, did. But overall, she was pleased with it so I guess it turned out well. PS: This picture is from my phone, I forgot my camera

Bead Cake

I did this cake for a buddy's birthday, at the request of his girlfriend. She found a butt pan, the the other is a 8x8 cut down. All handmade MMF. I took me about 6 hours, from putting the first cake into the oven, to calling it done.

This is the bakugan cake I made for my sons 5th birthday. He pronounces it "Birtday" so, I wrote happy birtday on it!
