I made this cake for my sisters 21st. I used a straw cut in half for the scales.. it took me over an hr to do the scales but worth it for the effect.. My sister loved it!
I made the flowers for my brother in laws wedding cake.. I had to travel 4hrs to get them to the wedding.. The whole trip i was just hoping that they would make it in one peice. And they did! My mother in law made the cake so that i did not have to travel with the cake as well as the flowers..
This cake was for my Husbands 30th.. he is really into music.. Its a mud cake covered in fondant.. The guitar is made from sugar paste. i used florist wire for the guitar strings.
