This is my first tiered cake, All BC, I need help in finding ways to really smooth BC icing, any suggustions? Without compromising texture.
This was a cake out of a Wilton book, I made it for a Christmas party. All BC except pointsettas, and holly leaves were royal icing. This cake was really fun to do and the receiver loved it!
This was a Thank-you cake for the local Radiation unit were I had radiation at. All BC.
This is a beach themed cake, all BC with chocolate sea shells and graham cracker crumbs for the sand, the surfboards were made of wood, next time I'd do something that could be eaten for a suf board.
This is my first fondant cake, I like the way fondant looks, but I feel it's expensive and nobody is going to eat it anyway.
