Used Fondant and buttercream frosting. Head is made of 4inch styrofoam covered with fondant. Legs and arms made with marshmellow fondant. Torso is vanilla cake. Rattles, pacifier, bottle and dress made with fondant. Shoes were made with royal icing and fondant.
