This cake is iced in buttercream and covered in graham cracker. I decided that since it was covered in graham cracker, I'd make the cake chocolate with a marshmallow filling. Smores cake! The palm trees are plastic, the shells are chocolate melts made in a shell mold, the beach blanket is fondant, the umbrella is the kind you put in a tropical drinks and the hut is made from cookie Pirouettes. The water is Wilton Sparkle gel.
