Giant Wedding Cupcake
This is probably one of the most umm.... unique wedding cakes i've done. lol. Giant cupcake is vanilla with strawberry mousse, Cupcake shell is white chocolate colored with powdered color and brushed with luster. Flowers are made from fondant using the awesome daisy/sumflower cutter/imprinter. 50 matching cupcakes made to go around the large cupcake. I thought it looked very hippie... the chef at our venue said it reminded him of the old school swim caps... which I kinda have to agree with. :) TFL

Glamorous Petals
2 tiered petal cake. Inside is red velvet with cheesecake mousse, outside is fondant with gumpaste flowers. Non edible rhinestone strips. I can honestly say that if I never do another petal shaped cake in my life, I would be one happy girl. Turned out alright though for my first petal shaped cake I think. TFL

Hydrangea Cake
This was for a couple that wanted a basic cake but didn't really care what it looked like but it was getting hydrangeas on it. I decided to try out brush embroidery for the first time, I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. Chocolate cake with fresh raspberries and raspberry mousse and white chocolate buttercream. TFL

Regal Anniversary Cake
I made this cake for my boyfriends' grandparents 50th anniversary. They didn't know they were getting a cake and were super excited. I think this is one of the first cakes that I have been realllly proud of. :) It was vanilla cake with chocolate almond ganache mousse filling. Every single piece was eaten (there were about 10 pcs left after serving but those eventually got eaten as well) and every business card I had with me disappeared and they were asking for more! All done with homemade fondant. The lace was using sugarveil, my first time using it was pretty easy. I had a lot of fun doing this cake. TFL

Giant Cupcake
Made for a first birthday, thanks for the information on how to do the cupcake liner all you cc'ers. Also thanks to I am Baker for the inspiration for the top of the cupcake. Mostly buttercream with fondant wrapped around the bottom tier. Fondant, gumpaste, and candy melt decorations. TFL
