60Th Wedding Anniversary
Sheet cake iced with buttercream icing. I added a little ivory coloring to it so the white flowers would stand out. The flowers are all royal icing. I made 60 roses, and I made 60 apple blossoms. For the bouquet, I used a Wilton Football Cake Pan and shaved off some cake to make a circle. It was a very stressful cake, but it turned out ok. I got the idea from someone on this site and wilton course 2 book. This was for my step grandparents- in- law's 60th wedding anniversary. They loved it.

I did this cake for my son's 2nd birthday. He calls Mickey Mouse "ohdah"... I had to put it on there for memories. :) (when mickey calls his tools, he says, "oh toodles" and his tools come.... so my son runs it together.... ohdah.... :) I just did a piping gel transfer of Mickey Mouse. This was a fun cake to do! My son LOVED it!

I loved doing this cake! I thought it would be hard to do the girls hair but it was so simple. I just used tip number 3 and wanted to keep putting strands of hair. :) The girl I did this cake for LOVED it. I tried to make it look like her. :) I found the image online then I did a transfer with piping gel onto the cake. It was easy to outline and decorate!
