whats funny about this cake is i was so worried about getting the second layer offset right that i forgot to dowel the bottom layer. only remembered when i was delivering and thought to myself i hope the cake doesn't sink! It didn't and they loved it! whew.....

changed up a cc members cake no topsy turvy but they loved the way it came out. made the blanket by painting the fondant made it alot lighter
this is my first topsy turvy! i was very happy with it thanks to cc member for inspiration.this was a 14"10"8'and 6" square. it was so freaking heavy!!! the wedges are foam covered in fondant. thanks for looking!

3 tier wedding cake the bride wanted the writing in different colors since her colors were irridescent rainbow colors. bottom is banana with caramel mouse, middle choc. with peanut butter mouse and peanut butter cups. top red velvet with buttercream. bride loved it so i was happy!
