Evil Santa!
I know I already posted the Santa cupcakes, but I just had to post this one. I accidentally made an Evil Santa. I didn't even notice until I was boxing the cupcakes. When I iced them before putting on the details, I didn't smooth evenly and this was the result. I actually love this one!!

Anniversary Cake
For my sister and brother-in-law for their anniversary. They both love the beach so when I found a nicer version of this posted by mjs4492, I knew they'd love it. French vanilla cake with chocolate Bettercreme filling and iced with buttercream. The seashells are colored white chocolate marbleized. One slipped but nobody cared. Thanks, mjs4492, for posting your beautiful Seashell Anniversary cake, which is more awesome than I could possibly make.

Castle Cake
Castle cake made for my daughter's boyfriend's little girl who just turned 6. She wanted an all white sand castle and picked this one. The only color she wanted was red roses. I used the Wilton Romantic Castle cake set. Thanks to all the CCers for their help in directions for the staircase. You guys rock!

Santa cupcakes for my grandson's kindergarten Christmas party. Yellow cupcakes with cream filling and buttercream Santa. I saw this pattern here on CC but can't remember who posted it. Thank you whoever you are for the idea! Those kids LOVED it.....and the teacher and homeroom moms were also impressed.

60Th Wedding Anniversary Cake
60th Wedding anniversary cake I made for my parents party. One layer yellow cake torted and filled with vanilla cream flavored with tropical citrus, buttercream icing and edible image of their wedding photo. Top border reversed shell--I love that border ;-) Rainbow sparkle edible glitter to give it just a little color.
