I made the chicken wings out of white chocolate and then painted them in tinted piping gel. The cake was the table and chicken basket. This was a fun cake to make for the groom.

2 1/2 foot tall angel for charity event. Body is cake and wings and head are styrofoam covered in fondant.

Car was carved and covered in fondant. I applied a gold luster dust to give the fondant a little sheen. Next time will apply steam to fondant to give it a shiny look.
Square Cake covered in MMF and covered with Zebra stripes out of black fondant. Purse was cut out of two 6" cakes and covered with fondant. Flip Flops made out of gumpaste.
This was a grooms cake i did this last weekend. the boots are made out of milk chocolate and i dusted them with luster dust to give them the different color. The barbed wire around each layer is made out of fondant then the sikes are gumpaste. i made MMF for the white and satin ice for the black.
I used gumpaste for the box and did it in sections and glue them together with royal icing. the lo mein is fondant. chopsticks and fortune cookies are gumpaste. I used two 1/4 sheet cakes and made four layers. This was for a birthday party.

I was given a plate with paisleys to copy and make it a baby shower cake. The mother-to-be loved the cake. I did the paisleys out of fondant and did the dots around them and inside with piping gel. out the outer edge of cake i did a brown ribbon with pink dots out of fondant.
This was my first paying customer. Her daughter was graduating TCU. I used homemade MMF fondant. The cake was a white cake with purple buttercream icing inside. The graduate was an education major so i made a chalk board and wrote "Congrats Mackenzie"
I made the chocolate fondant and used gumpaste for the handle and flowers.
