i am making this for my daughters friend, its not done yet, i am doing something new with the lettering that they have to dry overnight, so cross your fingers it works, or i have to pipe the letters on..yuck. i dont know if the flowers look to big..she wanted pink, orange and blue and flowers and butterflies..the orange butterfly will actually wiggle a little since it has a spring on it, the blue does to but its touching the cake. so please give feedback. its been awhile since i made a cake. TFL!!
this was my first time covering a rectangle cake with fondant..and the first time i painted on it..i made lots of mistakes with the painting and didnt practice, so next time i will practice before hand..thankfully its for us and not a customer! it looks like my son actually painted it himself..lol...oh well, practice makes perfect!

This is a cake i made for my husbands friend at work..she is like a mom to everyone! hope she likes it! All artificial flowers and buttercream fondant on front...was going to make it a basket, but the handle didnt want to cooperate! but i still think it turned out okay..especially since i didnt start baking the cakes and all until about 9 pm tonight! just got done!
