This is before I fixed the board with grass. The shortening from the buttercream started to spread across the board. I didn't get a picture of the fixed cake. This was for my SIL's friend at the bank she works at...BIG Patriots fan. I was a little disappointed at the cracks in the buttercream from moving the cake. The jersey is fondant. The Patriots symbol is frozen buttercream transfer.

For a friend's mom for her birthday. Chocolate buttercream (YUM!!!). The flower is fondant. The "50" and banner is gumpaste.

Baby In Tub

For a baby shower at work. The tub is made from rice krispies and was made just for the brothers of the baby. Covered completely in pleated fondant. Everything else is also fondant, except for the bubbles which are buttercream.

Daisies

I made this cake for work. I used around 50 gumpaste daisies. My husband didn't care mush for the feathers at the bottom, but everyone at work loved them.

Mickey Mouse Birthday

I did this cake for my nephews birthday. I originally did colorflow hands and face, but they did not dry in time! So during my luch hour, the day of the party, I quickly drew it all on cardborad and used royal icing.
