I made this cake for my sister's bridal shower. I used yellow cake, buttercream icing (using recipe from cakecentral), and MMF (using another C.C. recipe). This is the second time I have ever worked with fondant. I love the taste of the MMF, so worth the extra work vs. the rolled fondant from the store!! Her wedding colors were purple and orange and the Wilton color pulled off perfectly!!
I used buttercream icing using a recipe from cake central...delicious... and I used homemade marshmallow fondant. I have taken no cake classes and have never even heard of fondant until a week ago!! :) This was a blast though!
