Halloween Cookies

NFSC covered with fondant and royal icing details. This was my first foray into cookies. I loved it but it was very time consuming. My kids loved handing them out to their friends.

Pumpking Patch Cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream icing toped with Oreo "dirt". Pumpkin ball covered in orange chocolate with pretzel stem and green buttercream vines and leaves. These are for my daughter's Kindergarten pumpking picking party.

Welcome Back To School

This Welcome Back to School Cake is for the teachers lunch. Fondant covered chocolate cake. Chocopan fondant on bottome. Satin Ice fondant on top two teirs. Fondant lettering on bottom tier and base and royal icing piping on top two tiers. Apple leaves and stem made from gumpaste.

Lego Cake

I made this cake for a Lego event at our local library. It's covered with buttercream (will use fondant next time). The cake is chocolate with ganache filling. Lego pegs are fondant. Cake board is covered in green royal icing. I had to carry this through a rainstorm to get to the event:-(

I made these cupcakes for my daughter's prechool end-of-year picnic. They are vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream.

Stacked Books Graduation Cake

All three tiers are made of carrot cake with cream cheese filing. I used funky alphabet cutters for the lettering.

Garden Of Flowers

White cake with lemon buttercream filling. Covered in fondant. Pastel sugarflowers include dendrobium orchids, cymbidium orchids, roses and calla lillies. Base trimmed with gumpaste pearls.
