this cake tells the story of jack and betty's life, they met at the dairy queen ( the cone),he was in the air force (the jet),church and God are a main focus to them(the church & bible),she loves to bake pies (the blueberry pie), when he was in the air force she sent him letters every day (the pen, letter,stamps & mailbox) the family joked that she was always walking to the mailbox, she loves peach roses (the roses),he puts ketchup on everything (ketchup bottle),she loves tea (the tea bag), he loves choc. cake and ice cream, and the love to play wii bowling (the ball),and a few other things on the cake too told about the life of jack and betty. it held a lot of wonderful memories for a wonderful family. thanks for looking.
this cake was done for my aunt and uncle it was her birthday and his birthday and wedding anniversary, my uncle makes all kinds of wonderful things out of wood and my aunt collects rooster/chickens. when my husbands grandfather passed away ,in his attic he had some old table leaves that i asked my uncle to make into shelve tops and he also made brackets to hang them. thats why i made a shelf (it looks more like a bench) and put a rooster on it for my aunt with a card for them both. it was fun to do. and they enjoyed it my aunt sent me a really nice thank you card.(it made me cry it was so nice)
the the hood was made out of gum paste and fondant, the blanket is fondant - the skirt is fabric

this cake was done for our schools prom. it was the assistant principals birthday as well so i added her office to the game board
covered in fondant with gumpaste flowers. it only needed to serve 40 however they wanted a larger cake the base cake was real the top two were dummies that were wired for the fireflys to light up.
this was a cake that i had done for my friends grandson she gave me a photo of a cake (i think it was from the pink cake box) but it had a dog on top she aked me to do a monkey on top
