My nephew wanted a dirt bike cake for his 4th birthday, when he races (goes around in circles) his dirt bike at the end they all go over the tire mountain that the big kids race over. That is what this cake is, the tire mountain. He loved it. Butter recipe and devils food cake with cream cheese icing and crumpled up Oreo cookies for the dirt. The brides dress is made from gum paste, received many comments about a headless bride from my family as I was making it so need to think of a new idea if I do that again. Hey, it was my first time making one so Ill learn as I go right. Top cake was lemon with raspberry filling, bottom was butter recipe cake all iced with homemade cream cheese frosting (1st time for that also.delicious!!), real flowers used to decorate. The color scheme was lime green, pink & purple. Not as nice as Id hoped but it tasted great and everyone at the shower loved it. Thanks for looking.

I made this for a work Halloween party....everyone loved it, some wouldn't even eat it because they said it looked so real.
This was my 1st fondant cake outside of the Wilton class. Mushrooms were gum paste & brightly colored flowers were from Michaels just put into the fondant.
