This is the second version of this cake I have made. Elmo's head is chocolate rkt, his body is peanut butter cake with peanut butter cream filling. The yellow tier is chocolate mud withe vanilla pudding filling. The orange tier is wasc minus the almond with peanut butter cream filling. All are iced in white chocolate bc with MFF accents. TFL!

The client for this cake is a dear friend whos father in law has passed on and the grandchildren say that every time they see a swarm of butterflies that Grandpa has sent them. The cake is 4in. tall 1/2 wasc-1/2 scratch carrot with cheesecake flavored filling and icing, decorated in MFF accents. The colors are the school colors and are the same as the Redskins.

This is a 12in wasc hex with a triple chocolate fudge 9in hex and a carved wasc tea pot on top iced in bc. Both hexes are draped with fondant tablecloths and the lid, handles and spouts are all modeling chocolate. The tea cups are white chocolate with a layer of bc in the bottom a cutout round of triple choco fudge cake then topped with a swirl of bc. The smash cake is a carved wasc with modeling choco handle and spout. I loved the way this turned out and so was the family it was for.
This is a beach theme engagement cake. It is four layers alternating wasc and chocolate fudge with fudge filling iced in buttercream. The shells are white and milk chocolate dusted in shimmer dust, and the sand is brown sugar. I know the photos don't show it well but this cake is almost six inches high. I am very happy with how this cake turned out, the pictures don't do it justice.
