I make this Easter cake and tutorial for the italian magazine Cake Design, speciale Pasqua. Bunnies are my favorite animals for Eater so I decided to make once more a bunny for this new tutorial, and for the cake a found a funny idea to propose a carrot cake with carrots. An exprimental cake : I made my first Red Velvet and a vanilla Sponge cake to make inside a chessboard cake design. I make my first dulce de leche, uno part used to make the filling, another part to make a dulce de leche buttercream. It was rreally so yummy. The whole was a surprise for the birtday of my spanish friend Marta. The idea of the ant isn't mine, but I remembered a wedding cake of Colette Peters and topsy turvy cake of a brasilian cake designer (I forgot the name!!), so here is my ant!! Thanks for looking!
