Santa On The Beach - Censored
My first Gumpaste figure, Santa relaxing on the beach, he will have a margarita in hand and a palm tree when finished. I think he turned out good, I still have a lot to learn about molding figures though. This is for a cake for several ladies turning 40- or 50 the first week of Jan. I did censor him, as the order was for him to have a "Package" I PM'd the moderator as to where I could post this and got no response, so hope no one is offended. TFL

My Son's Wedding Cake And Groom's Cake
First of all, thank you to all of you for giving me the confidence and knowledge to make these cakes for my son and daughter-in-law. After many months on this site, I finally felt I was able to make them. They wanted a small and simple cake to have for pictures and cutting as there were 4 flavors of cheesecake on each table for dessert. The wedding cake is 12', 10" and 8" double round WASC with raspberry filling and almond buttercream. The calla lillies are gumpaste/fondant mix made by following the excellent tutorial on youtube by tonedna (THANK YOU!) The groom's cake is a mock red velvet (WASC with cocoa powder and colored red) with raspberry filling and covered in black fondant and a blue fondant emblem. (Thank you mj26 for the idea and help) I could not have done this without all the information and help from everyone on CC... Thanks a million.....

Lauren's Bridal Shower Cake
This was a trial, the humidity was awful, my frosting color would not blend in so I have spots, pushed the impression in to hard on hem of dress. But the little calla lillies turned out well! HA! Made for my future daughter in laws shower, WASC with almond buttercream, fondant dress and flowers. TFL

Cat Figure Piped/flavor Practice Cake
My son got me Rolund Winebecklers book on figure piping, I was experimenting with flavors for his wedding cake and had left over colored frosting so just played around. This is a WASC cake, torted with Raspberry filling, chocolate truffle between the layers and White Chocolate Almond Buttercream Frosting.
