Made these cookies to welcome a new baby girl for our friend. Cookie dough is NFSC and Antonia74's royal icing. This is my first attempt at cookies and they were so fun!
Made the "dress" using the Wilton ball pan, and cutting one of the balls down a bit so it sat flat. On top of an 8" round. Dollar store barbie doll, cut its legs to height and wrapped in saran wrap before inserting in the cake. Decorated in buttercream.

First cake done at Wilton Cake Decorating class. Traced a rainbow pattern into parchment and then outlined it with piping gel. Transfer pattern onto cake, brushing lightly with a paintbrush to transfer the piping gel over to the cake.
Princess castle cake made for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The cake towers are cans covered in fondant, and the top of the towers are upside down ice cream cones.
