Chocolate Fudge Cake w/chocolate icing
This is a raspberry filled chocolate cake, all buttercream icing! Accent pieces are fondant. I like the way fondant makes a cake look smooth, but for all buttercream, I was happy with it!
Half chocolate - half vanilla cake filled with raspberry cream filling. Gumpaste roses and accent pieces! Congratulations to the Bride and Groom to be!!
3 layer cake - bottom is chocolate fudge with creamy peanut butter filling - middle layer is yellow with an orange cream cheese filling - top layer is lemon with raspberry filling - covered in buttercream and MMF. All pieces are fondant and some gumpaste..Bowser came out a little heavier than I thought and was weighing down the top layer..All in all a fun project (especially when an accident outside put me working in the dark lol)
