Smile!
Ok, so this cake was a quicky, last minute deal. I had to do with what was on hand. The bottom round is a 10" round, 2 layers of chocolate cake, iced with Bettercreme. The smiley was baked in a pyrex bowl and for the yellow icing, I colored some ready made vanilla frosting and popped it in the microwave for a few seconds to thin it down a bit. Then, I poured the icing over the dome to cover it and piped on the eyes and smile with black BC and topped him with a novelty felt grad hat. Yet, the cake still screamed for something, so I found some curly ribbon. Its not the best, but the grad loved it =)

Eiffel Tower Wedding Cake
This was a cake I made about 5 years ago for a friend's wedding. I can't remember all the flavors and fillings of the tiers...sorry about that, but they were all different! I do remember that I iced the whole thing with Bettercreme. Flowers were silk, requested by the bride to match her arrangements.

Top Hat And Feathers
This cake was made for the grand opening of a local spa. Lemon sour cream cake underneath w/ white chocolate BC and fondant on top. The branch on the top layer was made with a stencil I handcut. Satin ribbon was stretched around the base of each layer. I piped a few bobbles around the cake and added some dragees for good measure. thanks for looking!
