This was for my husbands Commanders birthday. It was also my fist attempt at a Dragon cake. I look forward to doing it again so i can fix some of the inperfections and learn more. =) But man was it yummy!!!
This cupcake bouquet was for a friends anniversary. I bought a beautiful vase and used the florist styrofoam(green). I cut it to fit the inside. the placed the cupcakes on the foam using tooth picks. i used more than one to make sure it wouldn't fall off then placed silk flowers around to fill the gaps. This was so much fun and I can't wait to do another.
This was for my husbands LT. who made Caption. Its white cake with oreo filling and buttercream. His Caption was really excited and she loved the cake. It's one of the many great ideas here on cakecentral =)

I made this for a friends husbands birthday. The cards are covered in mmf and the chips are gumpaste. The detail of the chips took forever( there were 50) but I think they came out ok. Over all the cake was really cute but my fondant could have been smoother it had air bubbles =(
This was my first tier cake. It was pink fondant with scroll work. each tier was a different flavor which was so yummy! It had some inperfections but over all it was a hit!
