Chocolate BC icing, white BC roses--which I have not made in years!!! This was a last minute, frantic bride calling when her other cake lady became incommunicado---I had a light weekend and was able to help her out--2 days notice and this is what she wanted and got :)!
BC icing, fondant post-its, hi-liter, pen and paper clips. Wrote on post-its with edible food writers. Painted gold on silver pen. I mixed a little tylose into the fondant to make it dry quicker. Dried the post-it notes on cake dummies, cake pans, and fondant containter.
BC with fondant zebra stripes, purchased satin ribbon and plumes. Vanilla/Almond cake with raspberry filling. Delivered 90 miles away--no problems--and it was on the way to another wedding we were going to attend 2 states away so we delivered it fairly early in the morning! I'm glad that all worked out!!
White cake inside, poured fondant icing with fondant zebra striped squares on top of each. Made for graduation party. Used Mark Atwood's method of icing the petit fours--worked great!!!

The groom designed this cake himself! I was so impressed with his drawing and did my best to create exactly what he'd drawn. I love how he used different cake shapes and heights and even incorporated his bride's favorite lillies. BC with GP lillies.
