OMG what a challenge. This cake was a 29" by 18" sponge cake filled with jam and cream. Customer asked for a plain white cake but i had to add abit of sparkle for her 18th!!

Made for my cousins baby girls christening. Bottom tier is madeira and top is chocolate cake. ALl covered with fondant. I made the towers using mini rolls. Extreamly time consuming but definitely worth while, it has kick started a new career and produced several orders. Im sooooo excited!!!!

My first proper order. I enjoyed every minute of making this cake. It is a 3 layer chocolate cake filled and coated in chocolate buttercream which i covered in fondant. The white shells are made of white chocolate and popping candy to give them a little something extra while the seaweed and pearls are all fondant.
