This is for a competition locally for a community called Summerlin. The mountain is the cake, it is Triple Chocolate with whipped cream filling and covered in whipped peanut butter ganache.

I had a rose sitting on an egg carton on my table and it fell off the side. I almost cried looking at the pieces on the floor, until I realized if I pulled off two more petals, it made a heart. Love comes from unexpected places. :)
Cream cheese frosting with cake meatballs and strawberry sauce
A friend was having a party because he had just been cleared of a DUI charge. I thought this cake would be funny. However, my fondant had some weird reaction with my frosting and the sides were literally melting off. I was sad, but sent it anyway. Nobody ate it at the party, but my friend loved it.
I painted a mural for my friend's nursery and made this cake to match.
My friend asked me to make a joker cake for her daughter's sweet sixteen.. Cake is covered in MMF and then painted with colored BC.. I had the hardest time with the eyes, but I think that it turned out to be the best part of the cake.
I didn't want him loaded up with sugar for his first birthday.. The frosting is a cream cheese frosting and Mickey is colored with strawberries, blueberries and mandarin oranges.
This is my second ever fondant cake made for my baby shower.
