Castle And Dragon
I made this cake for a medieval wedding. The cake was huge, the dimensions were 40"x24" and 20" high. It was almost 100% edible, except the bridge was made out of play-wood. I made the walls out of fondant, I rolled them and I brick textured them with the impression matt. I let them dry for a week and I applied them to the cake with royal icing. The dragon was made out chocolate modeling and I dusted it with purple metal color. It was very heavy and to carry it we needed 4 people. Enjoy!

Halloween Wedding Tiered Cake
It was inspired of a Pink Cake Box Halloween Wedding Cake. The couple wanted a Halloween wedding cake that matched the wedding decoration. The cake had 3 tiers, fondant covered, 150 gum paste lids, Red Velvet flavor and Creame cheese filling. I had a lot of fun making this cake. Thanks for looking.
