Smoked Mexican Chocolate cake with butter fudge icing, topped with Hershey's white cookies and cream and heath bars. Dark chocolate drizzled on top. The Cake weighed 12 pounds. I did not charge enough for the cake. You live and learn

This is a Smoked Chocolate Cake for a child's birthday party. One of my best for where we were located as it was 107 degree's with 100% humidity. It held up nicely

Mexican Chocolate Cake. Fondant Eyes and nose. No-Taste Red icing. I did not like using a tip so I used a knife and a spoon to make Elmo's fur look real. The cake was the largest and heaviest I ever made. 26 Inches. I placed it on a art Canvas.
