Purple Accent Wedding Cake
Wedding cake for my little brother's wedding! This was a smaller cake along with 200 cupcakes in 5 different flavors. They wanted a simple white cake with part of it with the quilted diamond pattern. They let me decide to do with it from there. Their wedding color was dark purple, so I used ribbon the color of the bridesmaid dresses.

Oh The Places You'll Go! Graduation Cake
Graduation cake - the graduate loves Dr. Seuss, and wanted this design done in the colors from the book "Oh the Places You'll Go." I added the emblem in the center with the opening text from the book which reads, "Congratulations! Today is your day! You're off to great places! You're off and away!"

Memorial Cake
This is a cake for the memorial service for my cousin who passed away from cancer. I wanted it to be simple and tasteful while still including imagery that represented the things that meant most to him...his former high school (Elder in Cincinnati), the marines, and his family (and images that represented them to him). So I made the cake white with "Elder purple" trim, with edible image photos of him and his family placed in white chocolate molded frames. And I made other objects out of white chocolate and/or fondant.

Yellow Submarine Cake
This cake was for my daughter's 9th birthday. She is a HUGE Beatles fan and wanted a Beatles themed cake. We decided Yellow Submarine would be fun and super colorful. The figures are my husband's. He is a collector and has had them in packaging for 11 years. He decided this was the perfect reason to open them up! :)
