Mickey Mouse
Made this for my nephew using another CakeCentral post. This was my first time at color flow and it was the easiest cake I've made yet. I am challenged in icing coloring and was so happy with how easy the glaze was to color. I did the image using gel transfer and then color flow directly on the cake. I did learn you need to have the cake on a hard solid board. I originally had it on cake board and when I went to move the glaze started cracking, granted I had only let it dry a few hours. Newby mistake :-)

Aircraft Carrier & Submarine Cake
I made this cake for my son's 7th bday. Aircraft carrier cake covered in fondant (should have been grey but after 2 batches, gave up...I need to work on my coloring :-) ), submarine and towers on aircraft carrier are rice crispy treats covered in fondant. 'Sailors' and jets are sugarpaste.

My Little Pony - Rainbow Dash
I made this for my 4 yr olds bday. It is all buttercream. I used the gel transfer method, icing directly on cake. I am still 'challenged' when it comes to getting it smooth. Clouds are made of 'fluffy' store icing. Pony is chocolate and rainbow is white (White almond sour cream from this site...very good!!!)

Space Shuttle
I had so much fun making this for my son's 6th birthday. Used MMF. White rockets on side of orange rocket are made of rice crispies covered in MMF. The rest is all cake. For the smoke and clouds I used store bought fluffy icing. I had made a practice stand alone shuttle a few weeks before and also put the the rockets on the shuttle with fondant covered ice cream cones which was neat. This shuttle was too small to do tha
