Two tiered spice cake with buttercream icing. Pumpkins are made out of fondant and the "stems" are a whole clove. The haystack is a cupcake that is turned upside down and covered with icing using a grass tip.
2 tiered cake; bottom is 10 inches and top is 6 inches. Covered in fondant and cornelli lace work is done in royal icing. The "28" is also royal icing with silver dragees embedded into it while still wet. This was my first attempt at a fondant cake :)
This is a 9x13 vanilla cake with strawberry jam filling. It was for a Monopoly fanatic :) The logo is just printed on paper but everything else is edible. The dice are fondant and I just dipped a toothpick into black colouring paste and poked it into the dice to make the dots. Everyone loved it!
This is a sheet cake (12x18) with no filling and buttercream icing. The notes are piped in black gel and the pink icing is buttercream.
