Cub Scouts Crossover To Boy Scouts
I made this 2layer 12x18 cake for my sons crossover ceremony. The pack was going to order a full sheet cake but since its my sons final meeting as a cub I volunteered to make it. Inspired by dmhart, but since I don't do fondant it is Whimsical Bakehouse Butter cream (trying something new) with royal icing transfers for the bridge and logos, and edible images around the sides of the scout law-friendly, helpful, courteous etc. I researched borders all night last night but the WBH buttercream is so soft I was afraid to try a new border. My son said it was his favorite cake I've made...he says that about all my cakes though.

3-D Tea Cup And Saucer
I saw a beautiful teacup and saucer cookie by cc member bonniebakes and she was kind enough to tell me how she made it. Here is a trial version I made for the kids piano teacher. I am hoping to make 2dozen for the Mother's day tea at school.I'll do a few things different next time, but all in all pretty happy with the outcome.

"wedgewood" Tea Cups
I saw some absolutely amazing wedgewood cookies by cookieartisan on Flckr They inspired me to try some blue/white teacups. These were just some quick cookies I made for a last minute bake sale at school. I definitly would do some again and spend more time with some delicate piping and try to get the right blue color.
