I made this cake for a friend's son who turned 2. He was a big fan of sesame street and I thought I'd be up for another challenge. Everyday I did a different character and did the sign the night before. If you're wondering I used a petal cutter for gumpaste to use as feathers on big bird. I want to thank jaklotz1 for responding to my email on how to do perfect cut outs for the sesame street sign.
